| 520 | 3 | |a Abstract In my thesis I would like to focus on the effect of FDI that has come to the country thanks to the accession to the European Union in 2004. My works examines chronologically the improvements and remarkable changes, then the peak and now the stagnation or maybe decline, will be also investigated and discussed in details. At first the reader must see the great turn after the 1990s to see the main starting point as the boom of upcoming investments. Then the changing economic trends will be analyzed on the turning of the 21. century with the coming of the European Union, because the present situation is mainly the result of that remarkable economic happenings. After sketching the main trends, the detailed analysis of economic growth will be shared with the reader starting with 2004 up today with the views of the Hungarian citizens on the membership and its effects. | |
