520 3 |a In my dissertation I will present the strategies and methods of how web shops merchandise their products online and whether they make it easy for customers to search through the goods presented by them or not. Regarding the other perspective which is the customers’ view of comparison and the choices they make throughout a buying process, how convenient it is to purchase virtually. The purposes of my dissertation is to shed light upon the potential flows in the system of what we call today e-commerce and to discover tools that can be used to uplift the consumer experience and motivate more people to choose online purchasing instead of physical shopping. I would like to draw attention to the hidden potentials that can be able to make online purchasing much more easier and effective. It would benefit both parties, customers and companies as well.
