Kivonat: | This work has provided with the details of theframework of a developing country in term of accountancy and corporategovernance reforms. The fall of Soviet Union has affected many countries suchas Mongolia in terms of reforming the whole structure of the economy incompliance with unifying with the International Standards being as thebasis. As the studies have shown that the reforming processis slow and difficult, Mongolia is promising to bring the economy towards astable, transparent and efficient economy by implementing new projects andcontributing towards the educational system. Mongolia has indeed made a significant progress inreforming accounting and auditing arrangements to need the meets with the mixedmarket economy, however due to the inappropriate institutional management thereis a need for further development. This study provided with the gaps andweaknesses Mongolia. The purpose of this study was to bring and aggregateas much information we could find from online sources to prove a summarytowards the general public in giving information of the overview of theMongolian history in forming a proper economic structure and in hopes ofmillennial generation students and scholars. I,myself, after this research have learned tremendously and at the same timerealize that we need more clarity towards the information being shared andproposed. And I believe as I am studying accounting and finance major inBudapest has given me an insight towards why it is important for me tounderstand and educate myself because my generation need to bring betterunderstanding of the financial system that is taking place in our developingcountry comparatively to our neighboring countries. |
