| Kivonat: | Corporate Social Responsibility is not a new concept, it has been in the forefront of dialogues related to the role of companies in society for decades. We can also find plenty of examples from earlier times (medieval chivalry or the aristocracy’s noblesse oblige) but over the last 20 years there has been a growing awareness of the role of corporations in society. The accelerated world and the current world situation require companies to be more responsible towards the society and the nature.In this thesis I will review the CSR activities of IT Services Hungary company and try to get an answer to the question: “How well does an employee of a multinational company know their own CSR activities” To have an answer for this question I have chosen a Hungarian based multinational company called IT Services Hungary, which has a wide selection of CSR programs in different fields of CSR. |
