520 3 |a My dissertation can be divided into two main parts. The first includes a summary of the literature related to the topic and what has been read in it. In my dissertation, I first used the tools of secondary research. I collected numerous sources for the dissertation, as can be read in the literature review on the history of hospitality, its current situation in Hungary and the changes caused by the crown virus, which determines the situation of hospitality today. During the secondary research I mostly used books and magazines, other so-called “gray literature” prepared by the government or another organization was used.The second part of the dissertation presents the catering unit itself. During its presentation, a detailed environmental analysis and competitor analysis will take place. I compare the competitors with a ranking analysis as well as do a SWOT analysis of the restaurant.
