| Abstract: | This paper aims to explore and present the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the global and Hungarian economies, with a special focus on tourism sector. I would like to demonstrate in this writing, how different countries’ governments, including the Hungarian, tries to aid the survival of the crisis-stricken tourism industry. I wish to present, through MIKI Travel Kft., the Hungarian support schemes and their impacts on the company. I also attempt to outline briefly the future prospects of the tourism sector in this paper. |
