| Abstract: | The thesis is about what effects the Covid-19 pandemic had on Hungarian family businesses. To better understand the importance of this topic, the first paragraphs of the documents contains data about family businesses in general and what are the advantages and disadvantages of such organizations. The next part is about the impacts of the epidemic on the globe's economy and society. For collecting primary data to my research, I used qualitative methods, especially interviews. I made 4 interviews with company leaders, each from different markets, of which I also contained data about. As a summary of my research, I collected answers from which a general picture can be made based on the family businesses position during the epidemic. Finally I collected some suggestions for each company for their future. |
