Kivonat:ABSTRACT "Build roads previously if you want to get rich" has been practiced today as the six-character motto of China's development. The same applies to any country, including Central and Eastern European countries. This thesis focuses on infrastructure and introduces in detail the most important railway in China's One Belt One Road initiative-"Yiwu-Madrid Railway". How to connect this railway with the existing or future major logistics transportation lines in Central and Eastern Europe through major hubs to form a more effective and complex transportation network. In addition to the "Yiwu-Madrid Railway", China also uses "17+1 cooperation" to promote new logistics and transportation lines in Central and Eastern European countries. The planning and implementation of these infrastructure constructions can not only reflect the current strength and prospects of Central and Eastern European countries to a large extent, but also reflect the main strategy of cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries.   Keywords: One Belt One Road, Central and Eastern European countries, transportation hubs, infrastructure construction, "17+1 cooperation", influence of major powers
