| Abstract: | Examining online food ordering consumer behavior Food ordering is an everyday part of life, but little is understood of the way consumers choose food delivery platforms. In my thesis work I examined consumer behaviour of online food ordering platforms in this special pandemic situation. I wanted to research if the pandemic had any effect on the consumer behaviors in Hungary. The research was done using a mixed method, and the analysis was based on the 7P method.
