There have recently been some global issues about individual responsibility, business ethics, and morality obstacles. All these problems influence labor productivity, enhance discord between people and have detrimental effects on improved Human Resources management. However, the considerable role of human resources helps to eliminate these barriers by creating a strong framework, coordinating workers' preparation, and ensuring the equilibrium between career advancement and job benefit. Managers in Human Resources aim to improve the production processes with benefits. The important aspect for progress is the moral concept and ethical theory in businesses. The ethical principles and obligations influence the company performance of each employee and employer. The role of Human Resources management is therefore to hire workers, organize the training that all workers take on ethical responsibilities and competitive advantages. The numerous human resources roles provide organizing, career evaluation, promotion, education and advancement, encouragement, prosperity and security, guidance, and supervision. Although businesses aim to achieve superior company and employee efficiency, it is difficult to achieve this. The lack of liabilities, spiritual difficulties, and significant problems make work worse. Also, the psychological effects of diversity of workers and employers are adverse to the economic situation. This paper elucidates how problems can be avoided and the success can be achieved by making the decisions of the management of human resources which policy is appropriate for being successful and determining their corporate objectives such as improve the company's culture, achieve targets effectively and efficiently. There is several policy managements that all managers need to recognize and adapt to the work environment to achieve efficiency and prevent errors. The main aim of this article is to consider some obstacles and prospects for Human Resources development.
