520 | 3 | |a Oil price swings have impacted markets all around the world during the previous two decades. In the year 2008, the price of oil hit an all-time peak with a rapid impact. The economy saw tremendous fluctuation, and the strongest economies were impacted by this abrupt transition. This sparked discussions throughout the world about developing and implementing sustainable energy policies and suppressing the effects of oil price volatility. Numerous research and frameworks have been developed in the past to understand and forecast the effects of oil price changes on GDP. This study is an attempt to extend existing investigations with current data by employing a regression analysis methodology. The results indicated that the unexpected increase in oil prices has a substantial and harmful relationship with the pace of GDP growth. According to the case research results, the US economy was more sensitive to changes in oil prices than Japan and Germany. The advanced economies are seeing the same tendency of negative or reduced GDP growth as the developing and emerging nations. In this research analyzes the Dutch Disease in Azerbaijan and the Effect of Oil Price on Currency of Azerbaijan and Impact of Covid-19. Azerbaijan has proven a widespread monetary increase sourcing from oil rise during the last 20 years. Oil extraction and exportation were developing considerably and for that reason becoming a main sector of the economy.
