| Kivonat: | In most of my thesis I talk about IBM and things related to it, I analyses and explain. IBM is a dominant player in the world and world economies, so it is a dominant figure in the present and the future. It employs hundreds of thousands of people and has a wide range of products. IBM is a very complex structure, a huge multi-big corporation that is very difficult to understand and see through. The aim of my research is to gain an in-depth understanding of IBM and IGF's operations, the reasons for the Kyndryl exit and its impact on the company and the IT sector, and how the pandemic economic crisis has changed the situation.The aim of my research was also to find out what has changed in the recent period and what has had to change in a rapidly growing and in many ways changing world in order to keep up with its competitors and to be able to compete with them and to offer its customers the best service in the world. |
