| Kivonat: | The aim of the thesis is to present the changes that are taking place in Hungarian ecotourism today, to assess in which areas ecotourism still needs to be developed and what Hungary has already accomplished in terms of the essence of ecotourism. The main areas examined in this thesis include the role of national parks in ecotourism, or the role of ecotourism in national parks, the potential of green accommodation in ecotourism-related travel, the accessibility of ecotourism in terms of transportation, the role of national parks in ecotourism, and other peculiarities of ecotourism in Hungary. The concept of ecotourism is extremely colourful and diverse, with many similar yet somewhat different definitions, so this thesis aims to provide the most up-to-date definition of ecotourism. |
