520 3 |a The aim of the thesis is to provide a clear and coherent picture of the start-up of a small business, both in technical details and in practical operation in terms of commercial and marketing activities. In this way, we will proceed step by step in the secondary research, starting from the business structure, through marketing activities and various external and internal market influences, to pricing methods, all of which play an important role in the life of a small business. The primary research is structured around an interview and a questionnaire, which aim to get the perspective of both the entrepreneur and the consumer, so as to get the full picture at the end of the research. The final result proves that the assumptions of my interviewee about his market situation are completely realistic and that the research has been successful.
