| Abstract: | In my dissertation I want to examine, how the global pandemic, the COVID-19 affected our family company called Matrackuckó. I have experienced from the first hand the pandemics effects on the company, the problems that is has been caused, the struggles we have been trough and the challenges we have to face. To introduce the company's adaption to the crisis i would like to present the survival tactics and decisions we made during the past months and that how effective they were. I made interviews with the leaders within the company to get a better insight to the situation and to see what was behind the company’s decisions during the pandemic. |
