520 3 |a Sustainability is a new concept in the Azerbaijani hotel industry, and its impact on customers is unknown. In this thesis, investigates the effects of sustainable practices in the hotel industry of Azerbaijan on customers. The aim of this research paper is to define how hotel guests perceive sustainable hotel practices in Azerbaijan and to determine whether sustainable practices influence hotel guests' overall satisfaction and loyalty toward hotels in Azerbaijan. The methodology is based on two method, which are secondary and quantitative data.  Secondary data were obtained from books, articles, web sites, journals. Quantitative data were collected through a survey of guests staying in Azerbaijani hotels.  This includes domestic and foreign tourists stayed in hotels in Azerbaijan. In this context, statistical approaches were used to discover correlations between variables based on numerical data collection. This research clearly demonstrates sustainable measures' positive impact on customer satisfaction, but it also raises the question of impact on loyalty even more. There is a need to investigate the impact of sustainability on guest loyalty in Azerbaijan further. Contrary to expectations, the effects of sustainability on loyalty have not been fully elucidated as a result of the study. However, based on research discovered that hotel guests of Azerbaijan appreciated hotels with a sustainable image and were willing to pay a premium for such accommodations.
