Abstract:The aim of the thesis is to improve the recruitment process by using a lean service application to identify the wastes in the recruitment process.  With the help of lean tools, the observed wastes will be replaced with development suggestions. The main purpose of research is to obtain a meaningful perception of how to make the ongoing recruitment process more competent through lean service management. Lean service management in the recruitment process will increase the workflow productivity and diminish redundancies in the process so that improves efficient quality for the customers.
