520 3 |a In Europe, several organizations and treaties provide a well-established legal framework to regulate the sand mining industry. The environmental problem that crosses the North Sea in Germany is fundamentally caused by the extraction and dredging of marine sands that are of great socio-economic value. The sand is in a high degree of complexity when evaluating the effectiveness and quality of extraction policies and their responsible and comprehensive consumption of marine sand. Despite this, it is known that Germany has participated arduously in change initiatives, in the creation and implementation of regulations, for this reason, The ProgRess initiative recognizes the importance of the innovation strategies of the Federal States. It becomes even more important as the government turns to address new solutions, a change in strategy that helps achieve the desired impact, defined as a system of laws, regulatory measures, and courses of action on the implementation of sustainable policy priorities for this raw material.
