Kivonat:Crises like the Covid-19 pandemic can cause drastic shifts in supply and demand, endangering the livelihood of businesses, requiring companies to take drastic measures with immediate effect. Lockdowns and social distancing pushed forward digitalization, not only changing the way we work but also disrupting several industries, bringing about uncertainty throughout the economy. Especially when shifting business communication entirely to digital channels, keeping personal contact with employees, partners and customers becomes a challenge. In these times change management helps to overcome the challenges of upheaval while maintaining close relationships with stakeholders. While the characteristics of relationship management in the future work environment remains uncertain, it can be expected that companies will keep hybrid working environments at least partially.
