Kivonat: | The purpose of this study was to evaluate, from Deloitte's perspective, how CSR is incorporated into a multinational company's strategy and what CSR initiatives best represent a multinational company's commitment to responsibility. During the semi-structured interviews with eight Deloitte workers, the specifically crafted questions were asked in accordance with the qualitative research methodology. This research methodology was successful since it provided a broad overview of the company's CSR initiatives and their justification for their commitment to social responsibility. The survey came to the conclusion that a community that works together to make an impact is what the term \"CSR\" signifies to Deloitte employees. It was determined that the business concentrates on educational initiatives in order to support and connect with individuals who are in need. According to research findings, the company's strategy and operational procedures should include adding new CSR engagements. The new projects are being implemented successfully. The potential for improvement was a key component of the study. Out all the aspects stated, communication has proven to be one of the most important elements that significantly affect CSR. As a result, effective communication channels must be created in order to advance in creating a solid organizational structure. According to the analysis, Deloitte's CSR division is an effective and potent part of the organizational structure. |
