Kivonat: | The study analyzes preferences for work model regarding employees’ genders when after Covid-19 ends, there are choices regarding working model for employers, whether continue with online working as during pandemic, come back to offline working like before the pandemic or combine both of the methods. The purpose of the study is to answer the following research question: What are the similarities and differences between male and female employees' preferences for on-line, hybrid and in-person ways of working . The results show that men and women both say hybrid as the desired working model, majority of respondents agree with a work policy of 2 days required to work in the office and the rest of the week employees can choose to work from home. There is barely clear difference between male and female’s answers, they all stressed on time-saving, better work-life balance, concentration…and similarly, when it is about benefits of offline working, most of the answers mentioned communication, small talk, connection between colleagues and team members,… Through the survey, practical implications were also analyzed. Business and employers, with the results, can understand their employees better to apply a suitable work model, company can start study effects of Hybrid model and how it can bring productivity and profit. |
