Abstract:This study aims to investigate the effects ofnumerous crises on Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest and to examine its crisismanagement strategies in response to these challenges. In this essay, we willanalyse the broader techniques and approaches utilized by the hospitalitysector, with the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest serving as a case study, toface the issues provided by the COVID-19 epidemic, and other worldwide crisesduring the past years. By analysing the hotel's performance, guest satisfaction,and reputation in the context of different crises, this study seeks to providevaluable insights for hotel management and stakeholders on effective crisismanagement practices, such as proactive planning, communication, and recoverystrategies.
