Kivonat: | Consumer buying behaviour is a very important facet of the marketing bureaus, that plays a very predominant role in predicting the sales of a company, and hence in the stabilization of the financial structure. Consumer buying behaviour provides an insight into the prospective demands and needs of the consumers as well as the prospective social economic, and political conditions of the market, through predictive analysis using data sets, acquired from the analysis of the behavioral patterns, and buying habits of the consumers. This, in turn, leads to personalized marketing that tailors the specified interests of the customers which leads to improved customer service, improved customer relations, enhanced decision-making, and improved risk management. |
