Kivonat:The subject matter of this thesis is the culinary tourism, primarily it's gastronomy product the gastronomy festival in the different regions of Hungary. The empirical objectives of this thesis concerned with identifying the development of gastronomical festivals and discovering the effects, advantages and disadvantages of this development process. In addition examining the economic impacts of gastronomic festivals on the regions of Hungary.
