Kivonat:As a great initiative proposed by China, the "One Belt, One Road" strategy is the primary measure to promote stable and rapidly balanced economic development in Eurasia. This study analyzes and compares the impact and significance of Wanhua Chemical's acquisition of BC Hungary under the guidance of China's "One Belt, One Road" strategy on itself and the economy and culture of China and Hungary, with certain academic and practical values.In the context of China's "One Belt, One Road" initiative, this paper selects the successful case of Wanhua Chemical's acquisition of BC Hungary as a research topic. The study analyzes the impact and significance of the "One Belt, One Road" strategy on Chinese companies, the Hungarian economy, and the wider European economy. Based on the social and natural impact elements indicators, a model is constructed, analyzed, and summarized, and lessons learned and recommendations are made based on the resulting generalizations.
