Abstract:In today's fiercely competitive environment, customers service is the key factor for businesses to compete and stand firm in the market. As it is known, the cost of attracting a new customer is much higher than the cost of retaining an old customer. Therefore, in the current situation, customer service is an important factor in contributing to cost savings for businesses, ensuring a stable number of customers, and maintaining customer loyalty. goods for businesses.Toyota Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd is an agent under Toyota Motor Vietnam Company with three main field: wholesale and retail of Toyota cars; maintenance and repair of cars and genuine spare parts of Toyota (Toyota Vietnam, 2022). After nearly ten years of operation, the company has achieved good business results and gained a certain market share in the market inside and outside the province. In the face of increasing competitive pressures, Toyota Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd. has also started to implement some customer service activities to increase its competitiveness as well as retain its customers. After three months of deep investigation in the Company, I have found that the customer service, especially after-sales service of Toyota Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd. still exists objective and subjective limitations. affecting the business activities of the enterprise. From the basis of analysis of after-sales service activities, I am convinced that the analysis of after-sales service of Toyota Thai Nguyen Company Limited is a suitable platform for the current companies. In the face of the difficulties of the Company, I have made some solutions to help the Company be more perfect in after-sales service.
