| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the recent technological advancements in the warehouse management. We will discuss the case of a leading company, Diplomat Georgia, and focus on how they have improved their operations with using different software. The software they use will be discussed in detail and we will also suggest future technologies that can be implemented to better the company. The success of the technologies will be evaluated using surveys filled by the employees from different departments and also their thoughts on new improvements will be examined. Overall, this work strives to understand how the process of implementation of new technologies looks like for a company in the developing country and what obstacles they have to face. |
