520 3 |a The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between transferable skills and creative performance and their effect on job satisfaction. In accomplishment of this, an online questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of a different participants working on a variety of sectors data were collected from 56 respondents who are diverse in their gender, age, educational level, work experience and hierarchical position. Additionally, google forms automated statistics were used in order to read out the result of the questionnaire. The results of the analysis validated the proposition that job satisfaction is affected by the creative performance of the employees and their transferable skills.
