| Kivonat: | Through a thorough investigation of both secondary and primary data, this study investigates the critical role that artificial intelligence (AI) plays in reducing online banking fraud and improving risk awareness. The use of thematic analysis is utilized to extract significant insights from a wide variety of secondary sources, such as scholarly articles, industry reports, and professional views. The knowledge of the present state of AI applications in online banking security is based on the thematic analysis of secondary data. In order to collect primary data, a survey using a questionnaire is also carried out with 30 respondents who reflect a variety of online banking user demographics. The purpose of the poll is to determine how users feel about AI-driven security features in online banking and what they have experienced and expected.The integration of thematic analysis conducted on secondary data with the main survey results offers a comprehensive comprehension of the complex influence of artificial intelligence (AI) in reducing fraud risks and enhancing risk awareness in the online banking industry. The study delivers insightful information to researchers, banking organizations, and legislators alike, and it adds to the continuing conversation about using AI to improve cybersecurity in the financial services industry |
