520 3 |a The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in workplaces, especially in hotels and travel agencies, is becoming increasingly common. Many of these foundations are collecting chatbots to rationalize tasks and improve overall productivity. This has cautioned my interest in investigating how travel agencies in Hungary utilize on chatbots to enhance their operations and whether individuals planning trips count on these tools. Additionally, I aim to explore strategies for optimizing the utilization of chatbots in domestic travel agencies. The integration of AI into travel planning is a life-changing development, simplify rare capability by analyzing large datasets to come up with personalized journeys. This not only enhances the user experience through custom-made recommendations based on individual preferences and realtime information but also contributes to sustainable tavel practices by offering eco-friendly options.The aim of the thesis is to research the applications of chatbots in every stage of travel planning. This includes travel planning, accommodation booking, flight ticket reservations, itinerary planning, and obtaining local information. The research examines how chatbots can assist travelers in achieving a more efficient and seamless travel experience. Chatbots can enable travelers to quickly and easily request information, receive recommendations, and receive assistance in problem-solving. Additionally, the paper analyze the user experience of chatbots, including user satisfaction, efficiency, and the quality of interaction. The findings of this research can contribute to the development of chatbots and their more effective implementation in the tourism industry.
