Abstract:In the dynamic and competitive hospitality industry of hotel food and beverage (F&B) is a strategic area that not only contributes to the hotel's complex revenue, but also plays a key role in deepening customer relationships and shaping the brand image. The excellence of the Hotel F&B sector not only generates long-term guest loyalty by increasing guest satisfaction, but also contributes to strengthening the hotel's market position, allowing it to target different market segments. In this thesis I am writing about the importance of team work in hotel restaurant. I was influenced by personal experiences and also by the F&B manager of Novotel Budapest Danube, who was my boss during my internship.
