Kivonat:Research objectives are to provide information on the communication of brands on social media and the impact of social media on brand perception via the most popular social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram,... Therefore, in order to obtain valuable customer insights by means of a case study, the results of such research are essential for companies. In other words, this research will be beneficial for the case company who is expanding e- commerce market. Internationalization and social media have constantly encouraged the author to conduct such research as well as increase her knowledge in this area. After that, the concepts of social media communication will be explained, followed by the impact of social media on brand awareness in order to give a more detailed picture as part of an investigation into case study.
