| Kivonat: | In the landscape of data-driven growth, this thesis offers a comprehensive examination of the current status of Business Intelligence (BI) in Vietnam, investigating how cultural, technical, and economic variables influence its uptake and use in distinct ways. Vietnam's growing economy and emphasis on data-driven decision-making make it an interesting case study for understanding the role of business intelligence in developing countries. Their overall BI sector image is dynamic, rapid, and trendy. This thesis presents the findings of the main challenges hindering BI utilisation in the Vietnamese business context and the trends and preferences for BI tools and techniques in Vietnam following global practices. By using sequential explanatory design methods, this thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of BI adoption in Vietnamese enterprises andexamines many aspects, ranging from its efficacy to user preferences for BI capabilities. This thesis also provides comprehensive recommendations for future studies for BI vendors and BI professionals in Vietnam. |
