Abstract:GreenPack Solutions has gained a name in the domestic market, becoming a local leader, and the management recognised the global demand for sustainable packaging products, marketed by the company. However, the management encountered a lack of international experience and had little market knowledge of the global business environment, outside the domestic market. Hence, the company’s management required an elaborate analysis of the market selection, market entry, and product adaptation possibilities for GreenPack Solutions.
