Kivonat: | Sustaining the competitive strengths of a company today is becoming more and more challenging among the developed big companies, meaning Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) struggle to keep up with the other companies that may have relevantly more financial and other assets even in the case where technological innovations are available (Pratiksha & Kavitha). For an SME to maintain a sustainable, responsible, competitive, strong environment that makes tomorrow’s bread and also contributes to Sustainable Development Goal 8: decent work and economic growth (SDG8) and Sustainable Development Goal 9: industry, innovation and infrastructure (SDG9) it is crucial to find a solution that brings them up in the game. There are some things that an SME could do in order to minimise the gap and improve operational strengths.This research delves in the field of cloud-based marketing technologies from the marketing strategy point of view, that could lead to big impact in elevating the competitiveness of SME’s. One suggested solution could be the use of Cloud-based Marketing technologies that I wish to elaborate on by delving into relevant empirical secondary research and primary interviews with IT and marketing experts.. |
