| Kivonat: | The thesis investigated burnout in the hospitality industry using Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaires. It examined emotional tiredness, depersonalization, and diminished personal performance levels in relation to demographic and work-related data. The study targeted Hungarian restaurant and hotel employees’ status after the Covid-19 pandemic. The main results indicated that the burnout factors are apparent in the lives of the participants and Immediate measures need to be taken to prevent the further development of burnout. |
