Kivonat:Employee motivation has evolved significantly over the past few decades, driven by a deeper understanding of its impact on organizational productivity and the well-being of the workforce. Groundbreaking theories, from Maslow's hierarchy of needs to Herzberg's motivators, have shaped the discourse, emphasizing that workplace satisfaction stems from more than monetary incentives. This study explores the intricate relationship between employee motivation, cultural diversity, and performance in the hotel industry, a sector grappling with labor shortages and high turnover.Through a literature review, a case study, interviews, and a questionnaire, this research investigates the factors that drive employee satisfaction. It examines the significance of non-monetary motivators, such as recognition, personal growth, and training, and highlights the growing need to accommodate cultural diversity in modern workplaces. The findings offer insights for leaders to create engaging, inclusive, and motivating environments that enhance productivity and employee well-being, while addressing the industry's unique challenges.
