| Kivonat: | This research examines the role of quality management practices—Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, and Lean principles—in enhancing productivity, teaching efficacy, and student engagement within remote education. The study is guided by two key questions: how quality management frameworks impact productivity and engagement in remote settings, and which specific practices are most effective in fostering these outcomes. Using a structured literature review and data analysis, the research highlights the unique benefits each framework offers: TQM’s feedback-driven adaptability, Six Sigma’s process standardization, and Lean’s efficiency-focused improvements in administrative processes. Findings suggest that while each framework independently enhances remote learning, a hybrid approach may offer the most comprehensive solution, addressing the unique challenges of virtual education. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on quality management in education, providing actionable insights for institutions seeking to implement effective and sustainable quality management strategies in remote learning environments. |
