The research object of this paper is based on Chinese new energy companies in Hungary and extends to different levels of problems caused by internal and external factors in their development, including politics, society, economy, culture, etc. The study begins with an exploration of macro aspects through a literature review, followed by the analysis of case studies and interviews as practical components, and concludes with an examination of Hungarian society's attitudes towards these enterprises via public surveys. The survey results indicate that, supported by robust research, the governments of Hungary and China have significantly assisted Chinese new energy companies in mitigating operational risks, particularly by streamlining permits and processes. Cultural disparities, management frameworks, and public views continue to provide significant issues. Organizations implement localization initiatives, including public engagement, collaboration with universities, and the hiring of culturally adaptable personnel to address these issues. The findings indicated that age and regional disparities exist in the Hungarian public's perceptions of Chinese investment, with younger demographics and urban residents exhibiting greater influence. In conclusion, while existing relationship research has established a robust foundation for the advancement of Chinese enterprises in Hungary, the future trajectory of Chinese new energy enterprises in Hungary will hinge on sustained adaptability, local integration, and responsiveness to political fluctuations and public sentiment.
