| Abstract: | The thesis explores the effect of legal limitations on startup investments in Jordan by examining how such regulatory structures affect investment choices and startup development. The study investigates existing legislation's barriers and opportunities through qualitative research methods that gather perspectives from participants involved in the Jordanian ecosystem via in-depth interviews. The research shows particular legal constraints which limit investment flows through complex bureaucratic procedures, restrictive ownership regulations and inconsistent regulatory enforcement. The thesis demonstrates valuable insights about how legal structures influence investment patterns in Jordan's startup environment.Recommendations are proposed for reforms that will increase legal transparency and process efficiency to create a better environment for investments. This research contributes to both academic discourse and practical policymaking, offering insights for future legislative reforms to better support sustainable entrepreneurial development and economic growth in Jordan. |
