Description
Abstract:This thesis explores how social media has become a central arena in the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian war, focusing on its roles in propaganda, information warfare, and the spread of fake news. The study examines both Russian and Ukrainian strategies, showing how digital platforms are used not only to influence public perception but also to support military objectives. Drawing from real-time content analysis and case studies, this research highlights the complex, often dangerous interplay between truth, manipulation, and emotion online. The findings aim to deepen our understanding of digital conflict and offer practical insights into recognizing and resisting disinformation in modern warfare.
