Kivonat:The thesis investigates the impact of personalization strategies in e-commerce platforms on user behavior, satisfaction, and trust. Through a literature review and primary survey analysis, it explores techniques such as content-based filtering, collaborative filtering, and real-time personalization. Findings highlight personalization's positive effects on engagement and conversion, while also addressing privacy concerns and user fatigue. This paper will then provide good insight to understand user centric point of view and serve as starting point for future search.
