| Abstract: | The main purpose of this dissertation is to introduce the features of Tenerife tourism and the industry of the Canary Islands region. Aiming my focus on Hotel Best Jacaranda, analyzing the economic, territorial involvement and role of the enterprise. As well as to interpret its role and place on the market. Moreover, I would like to indicate the operation of the Hotel Best Jacaranda, as well as to resolve the composition of the hotel’s customers and analyze the guest satisfaction of the hotel. Both primary and secondary research methodology was used in the paper, and for the primary methodology deep interview was conducted by the author with the Guest Relations Manager of the hotel. The interview helped to recognize the uniqueness of Hotel Best Jacaranda and identify its target market. |
