The research proposed DMO structure and branding for Hovsgol province based on the analysis of destination audit and SWOT analysis since it viewed as the top destination for both domestic and international visitors. A case study on the vulnerable and unique reindeer herding community inhabit in Hovsgol province is analyzed.
