| Abstract: | The topic of the thesis is today’s one of topical issues, migration. The topic is not only the concern of developing and third world/developing countries, but also first world countries need to bear its effects. One of the countries that suffered its affects is Hungary. The research question is ‘How can Hungary attract their emigrated human capita and utilize them for the sake of the development of the country?’, and the research is based on and includes analysis of secondary information and qualitative interviews. The return of the previously migrated citizens return to the country would open up possibilities to rapid improvement by utilizing the knowledge and experience of the returning migrants. |
