Kivonat:This study has shown the complexity of event management and customer satisfaction, especially inside AIESEC. The study aimed to determine the quality of management and the experience of all stakeholders in an AIESEC conference called Youth Speak Forum. The research methodology was an empirical cross-sectional study where many papers were examined, interviews were conducted, and surveys were analysed. This study has found that, generally, Youth Speak Forum is a fantastic platform and opportunity for youth and companies to interact with each other, initiate conversations about global issues and find solutions to take action towards them. It has also shown how AIESEC and the corporate world are facing similar issues like reaching and understanding youth or providing the right value proposition, which is attractive for Gen Z. Furthermore, it was also found that the experience of all stakeholders is connected. However, simultaneously, there are some differences as they all experience the conference from different perspectives.
