Kivonat: | With the rise of the internet and the creation of social media platforms, the whole world got impacted in one way or another. In this technological age, the first thing people do when they open their eyes is going to social media and check what is new with their friends and family. It became a way to stay relevant and connected to the world. Knowing how much impact social media has on people’s everyday lives, brands and corporations took that opportunity and created a new way to bring awareness to themselves. Thanks to this, companies can engage directly with a bigger audience and market their products and services in a more personal way. The effect social media has on companies, customers, and marketing strategies is significant and the impact will not be slowing down anytime soon. The aim of this research is to see what effect social media has on Ryanair’s brand awareness. The first part of the research will present a literature review with important definitions and terminologies that will create a base for further research. The second part of the research will present the primary results and data collected and will give answers to the research questions. |
