Abstract:In this paper, I have studied behavioral economics in tourism, as well as derived strengths and weaknesses of this topic. When writing the paper, I used open sources and interviewed 4 respondents who are related to tourism and economics. The influence of people's personal factors as social, cognitive, and emotional was described. How do these factors influence the decision-making, shortcomings of management of representatives of tourism, and ways of solving this issue. The influence of social networks on decision-making and their potential use in the future to increase sales and ratings. Tips for travel agencies to increase the interest of potential customers in the market and the future potential of behavioral economics were written.
