Kivonat: | The aim of this thesis is to examine the relationship between corporate culture and employee career development satisfaction. Specifically, it aims to examine the characteristics of Bank of China(BOC)in Hungary and how the corporate culture of Bank of China(BOC) affects employee career development satisfaction. In order to achieve this objective, data will be collected through questionnaires and interviews with employees, using a Chinese bank in Hungary as a case study. The results of the study show that corporate culture has a positive impact on employee career development satisfaction. It can also be interpreted that the more positive the corporate culture is found to be, the more satisfied the employees are with their career development. In addition, the corporate culture of Bank of China(BOC) in Hungary was found to be characterised by inclusiveness and stability.Based on these findings, I have made a number of recommendations. It is important that banks prioritise corporate culture and allocate financial resources for its development. Given the positive correlation between employee satisfaction and corporate culture, I can thus conclude that creating a positive corporate culture is essential for achieving employee satisfaction in career development. In summary, this thesis reveals the importance of corporate culture in the banking industry, particularly in relation to employee career development satisfaction. The findings highlight the need for banks to take into account corporate culture and its development and to invest in creating a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and career development. |
