| Abstract: | This research paper delves into the realm of digital transformation within the logistics sector in Vietnam. Employing qualitative research methods, the study conducts an integrative review of diverse literature materials, drawing from secondary sources including government decisions, plans, and logistics reports from authoritative bodies like the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Vietnam Report, among others. This rigorous data compilation forms the scientific foundation for the theoretical framework, enabling a nuanced understanding of the digital transformation landscape in Vietnamese logistics enterprises.The analysis elucidates the prevailing progress of digital transformation, with a specific focus on the technological platforms that are being harnessed in Vietnam. It is evident that the adoption of digital technology is ascending, asserting itself as a pivotal strategic direction for businesses. Notwithstanding this, the actualization of digital transformation in logistics firms falls short of the anticipated benchmarks. The process grapples with multifaceted challenges, spanning from procedural establishment to the judicious selection and implementation of technology. Furthermore, the study reveals a commendable alignment with global trends in the selection and prioritization of technology platforms. This discerning approach positions Vietnam on a trajectory that mirrors best practices on a global scale.In summary, this research paves the way for a comprehensive understanding of digital transformation in Vietnamese logistics businesses.
